Account Error:428501 is currently a dangerous bug that requires immediate attention of Blizzard. This error has gotten through the security of the World of Warcraft website (www.worldofwarcraft.com) and therefore must be handled on our back-up site. This error is caused within your account and affects all characters even if you havent played since the last patch. This error slowly bugs all your characters and deletes them from the World of Warcraft database. We do have a prevention system in place but the only way in which to activate this prevention system is to manually access every account. And because of constant updating we do not have time to manually secure every account.
